Delete your account
Updated October 15, 2026
- You can delete your Decorly account yourself, in the app, in under a minute: Account → Delete my account.
- Or email support@decorly.ai from the address on the account and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
- Deleting removes your profile, photos, designs, saved items and credits for good. It can't be undone.
- Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it there first.
This page is for anyone who signed up to Decorly, including with Google, Apple or Facebook, and wants their account and data gone. It is also the data-deletion address we give to Apple, Google and Meta for the Decorly apps. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why; this page explains how to delete it.
1. In the app
On the website, open Account from the header menu. In the iPhone, iPad or Android app, open the Profile tab and tap the gear to open Settings. At the bottom you'll find Delete my account.
- Press and hold Delete my account until the button fills.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
- You are signed out. The account and everything in it are deleted straight away.
You don't need to contact us or give a reason. If you can't sign in to delete the account (for example you no longer have access to the Google, Apple or Facebook account you used), use the email route below.
2. By email
Email support@decorly.ai with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your Decorly account, or tell us which address the account uses. We may ask you to confirm you own the account, for example by replying from that address, before we delete anything.
We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request, and we'll reply to tell you it's done.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile: email, name, role, onboarding answers, and the password if you set one.
- The photos you uploaded and the designs made from them, including the edits and the room descriptions we created.
- Your saved designs and favorite products.
- Your credit balance and the history of how credits were used.
- The connection between your Decorly account and your Google, Apple or Facebook account. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke the sign-in grant. You can additionally remove Decorly from the connected apps in your Google, Apple or Facebook account settings.
- Your profile in our analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Meta) is no longer linked to a Decorly account; the events already sent are kept in those tools under an anonymous id for as long as their retention rules allow.
4. What may be kept
- Purchase and subscription records, for as long as tax, accounting and payment rules require. They hold your transaction details, not your photos or designs.
- Encrypted backups of our database, for up to 30 days, until they are overwritten.
- Server logs, for up to 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Support emails you sent us, so we can show that a request was handled.
- Anything we are legally required to keep, for example to investigate abuse or answer a lawful request.
5. Subscriptions
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, the subscription is managed by Apple; in the Android app, by Google Play. Deleting your Decorly account does not cancel it, so cancel it first: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled when the account is deleted and won't renew. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Deleting some data, not the account
You can delete individual designs and favorites in the app at any time, in Saved. To ask for other data to be removed, or for a copy of your data, email support@decorly.ai; the Privacy Policy lists the rights you have.
